Here are a few things you can expect upon your next visit:

  • Face masks are not required, however they are strongly encouraged while at the clinic.

  • Therapists will continue wearing a face masks during the sessions.

  • Cleaning and additional sanitation procedures continue taking place before, in between and after each appointments.

    Cancelation Policy:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, same day cancellations will be charge 100% of the schedule service price.

  • All canceled appointments, paid via credit card, the credit card processing fee of 3.5% will not be refunded.

  • No-shows.- You will be charged a 100% of the scheduled service price for your missed appointment.

  • Late arrivals.- Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals.

  • Sickness.- Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
