Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation and appointment policies below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Credit Card Refunds:
For appointments paid by credit card, please note that the 3.5% processing fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals:
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival, and the full service fee still applies.
Illness:
Massage and bodywork services should not be received if you are experiencing any contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as symptoms appear. If you cancel within 24 hours due to illness, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
