Joe is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and build lasting strength. A graduate of the Institute of Massage Therapy and Wellness (2007), Joe brings a unique blend of sports massage, strength training, and rehabilitative care to every session.
Joe’s journey began with a deep passion for working with athletes—volunteering for three years with the Quad City Steamwheelers (arena football) and a local hockey team. These hands-on experiences fueled his desire to understand injury prevention, functional mobility, and performance recovery at the highest level.
In 2025, Joe was honored to serve as part of the medical team for the CrossFit Games – Masters & Teens Division, providing massage therapy to world-class athletes and supporting their peak performance and recovery needs.
With advanced certifications in Strength & Conditioning and Dynamic Variable Resistance Training (DVRT), Joe has developed an integrative approach that doesn’t just relieve pain temporarily—it builds a stronger, more resilient body for life. His sessions are focused, results-driven, and tailored to each individual’s physical goals, activity level, and long-term health.
Joe also has experience in home healthcare, helping individuals with limited range of motion regain function and independence—giving him a well-rounded, deeply compassionate approach to bodywork.
